Legalia Help and Support

The Legalia app for iOS, Android and the web · Updated: 18 September 2026

The app interface is available in Romanian and Russian; the Romanian labels are quoted below so you can find them on screen.

1. Contact

Legalia is developed and operated by SCALELAW SOLUTIONS SRL (brand Applexium).

Write to us from the email address of your account and describe the problem; if you can, add a screenshot, your device model and the app version (shown at the bottom of the Profile screen). We usually reply within 2 business days.

2. How to delete your account

  1. Open Legalia and go to Profile (“Profil”, the last tab in the bottom bar).
  2. In the Account (“Cont”) section tap Delete account (“Șterge contul”) and confirm.

The account and the data associated with it are deleted immediately and permanently. If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email. Full instructions, what is deleted and what is kept (in Romanian): legalia.md/delete-account.

Deleting the account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel it separately, following the steps below.

3. How to cancel the Legalia Premium subscription

A subscription purchased in the app is managed by your Apple or Google account. After cancellation, Premium access remains until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases are requested directly from Apple or Google. If you changed your phone or reinstalled the app, open the Premium screen and tap Restore (“Restaurează”).

4. How to report or block a user

  1. Open the user's profile (from the leaderboard, from search or from your friends list).
  2. Tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Choose Report user (“Raportează utilizatorul”) and a reason, or Block user (“Blochează utilizatorul”).

We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks the rules, and may suspend or terminate the author's account (section 4 of the Terms of Use). After you block someone, that user disappears from your leaderboards, search, friends list and requests, and friend requests and duel challenges between the two accounts are rejected. You can also report abuse by email at info@applexium.com.

5. How to report an error in a question

If a question, an answer or an explanation seems wrong or outdated by a change in the law, write to info@applexium.com with the discipline, the lesson and the text of the question (or a screenshot) and, if you can, the article of law you are referring to. We check and correct the content.
